Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in 5.4.1:

• Unable to add items to the grid
• Layout/scrollbar issues with DataTypeGrid
• Member Picker not working in Datatype Grid

The following issues have been resolved in 5.4.0:

• EnumList Datatypes lock Assembly
• Better Razor model for DTG
• Integration points for making datatypes compatible with DTG
• URL Picker : Use in data grid
• Similarity - missing images
• Enum DropDownList "Default To First Item"

Breaking changes

There is one breaking change for DataType Grid in this release:
The razor model has been much improved, but the changes are not backwards compatible. See the documentation page for DTG for information about the new methods and properties.

NuGet

We will no longer be providing a direct download to our NuGet package, please use the official NuGet repository: http://nuget.org/packages/uComponents/

Upgrading

The best way to upgrade uComponents is to re-install via Umbraco's back-office package installer, (either from the package repository or a local package upload).

Umbraco compatibility

This release is compatible with Umbraco 4.8.0 (and above). For previous versions, please use uComponents v3.1.2 with Umbraco 4.5.2+ and uComponents v4.1.0 with Umbraco 4.7.1+
(To reiterate: this release does not work with Umbraco 4.7.2 and earlier versions.)
